RETURNS

CANCELING AN ORDER

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. For orders that have yet to ship from our warehouses, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, the items must be returned within 10 days of the date of delivery. You will be refunded less shipping fees. Items must be in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received them. Please contact onlineorders@hellosojiu.com for assistance before returning any goods.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. Appeasements, if any, are given at the sole discretion of Hello Soju. Please contact onlineorders@hellosojiu.com for assistance.

EXCHANGES

We replace items only if they are deemed defective or damaged, and if we have additional stock on hand. Please contact onlineorders@hellosojiu.com for assistance.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you receive items that have been damaged during transit, please contact onlineorders@hellosojiu.com within 10 days of delivery. Include a description of the damage and pictures if possible; this is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced. Hello Soju is not responsible for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction that occurs following delivery.

LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS

In the event Hello Soju allows you in writing to designate a local pickup address for your order, your orders delivered to a Local Pickup Location such as Walgreen’s must be retrieved within 5 days following notification that your shipment is ready for pick up. Orders returned to our warehouse will be refunded for all items in saleable condition, less shipping fees.

  • Can I change my order?
    • Unfortunately, orders cannot be edited after they are placed. If you need to cancel your order, please email support@accelpay.io before the order ships.
  • Can I return my order?
    • Orders that contain alcohol cannot be returned or exchanged. If you received the wrong item in your order, please email support@accelpay.io and we will make it right.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    • Orders may be requested to be canceled until they are shipped. A request to cancel does not guarantee cancellation. Please send requests to support@accelpay.io.
  • Can I get a refund?
    • We can process refunds on a case by case basis. Please send us a photo of the damaged or incorrect shipment to support@accelpay.io.
  • What happens if my order arrives damaged?
    • If your order arrives damaged, our team will work to make it right! Send us an email support@accelpay.io with a photo of the damaged order and we will coordinate a reshipment within 3 business days.
